Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $37 million sale of Union Cross Industrial Center, a two-building industrial portfolio in Winston-Salem, NC. The firm represented the seller, Front Street Capital in the transaction, while the buyer was San Diego-based industrial specialist, Westcore.

Union Cross Industrial Center consists of two Class A warehouses that are 140,000 and 200,000 square feet, and both properties were fully leased to two tenants at the time of sale. Key features include 32’ clear heights, auto and trailer parking options, ESFR sprinkler system and LED lighting.
