North Park Building Sold – San Diego Business Journal
A North Park mixed-use building has been sold for $2.85 million.
North Park @30th Street, 3422 30th St., was bought by Piehl Group, LLC from 30th Street, LLC.
The 7,750-square-foot building is home to the One Door North restaurant operated by the Piehl Group.
The building also has two one-bedroom apartments.
Nick Totah, senior vice president, and Ross Sanchez, senior associate for The Totah Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego downtown office represented 30th Street, LLC.
The Piehl Group, LLC, did not have representation.
