It’s been more than four years since San Diegans said goodbye to the Chargers.

Following the team’s return to Los Angeles in 2016 after calling San Diego home since 1961, many wondered how the region’s sports landscape would fare.

But in the last few years there have been some notable winners among San Diego’s sports teams.

Tom Krasovic is a columnist and sportswriter for The San Diego Union-Tribune.

He joined Midday Edition on Wednesday to discuss the state of San Diego sports.
