A high wind watch will be in effect from 9 p.m. Wednesday until 3 p.m. Thursday for San Diego County inland valleys and mountains, according to the National Weather Service. The red flag warning will be in effect from 4 a.m. Thursday until 6 p.m. Friday for the same areas. (San Diego Patch)
